Our buyer service fee is either an agreed fixed flat rate or a tiered percentage rate that is structured to get the best outcome for our buyer. Please speak to us about a fee structure that works for you.
To avoid any conflict of interest, as we represent only your interest, we will not be taking on the role as a selling agent for a vendor or developer at the same time for the same property. Should you end up purchasing one of the properties where we are acting on behalf of the vendor or developer, this will be disclosed to you upfront to ensure total transparency and all buyer agent fees paid will be fully refunded back to you, the buyer.
